Enabling video subtitles

To toggle subtitles on or off while viewing a video, click the CC button in the player's bottom toolbar:

Alternatively you can press the "C" key to quickly toggle video subtitles on or off.

Please note that clicking the CC button or using the keyboard shortcut enables subtitles for the current video only.

If you'd like to enable subtitles on all videos by default, go to your Real Python Account Settings (realpython.com/account) and select your preferred subtitles language under Video Settings > Default subtitles language:
