How to troubleshoot video playback issues?

If the video doesn't load...

If videos get stuck, stop, or stutter...

If videos have audio issues (e.g. no sound)...

  • Restart your browser and your computer
  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari are recommended)
  • Try upgrading your browser to the latest version
  • Check to ensure system audio isn't muted

If lesson videos don't start automatically or there's no sound (no auto-play)...
