Who can see the team dashboard? (dashboard visibility)
By default, everyone on your team can open the team dashboard and see the Overview page with your team's learning analytics, including team totals, the Team Learning Activity chart, Top Learners, and Recent Milestones.
Team Owners can turn this off so that the dashboard is visible to owners only:
- Open your team dashboard
- Click Settings in the sidebar
- Under Dashboard Visibility, turn off Members can view the team dashboard
The Members, Billing, Report, and Settings pages always stay visible to Team Owners only, regardless of this setting.
